How tuition works

What sets tuition

Your child's room, the days a week they come and the hours you choose set tuition. We give you the figures in writing at your tour.

Registration

A one-time registration fee opens your child's enrollment file. It is due when you apply, and the office tells you the figure before you do.

Holding a place

When a place opens, we hold it once you return the enrollment forms and the holding fee. If your room is full, your family joins the waitlist, and we call in the order families joined.

Billing

Tuition is billed monthly, ahead of the month, through our parent portal, and autopay is there if you want it. If a payment is late, the office calls you first.

Withdrawing

We ask for two weeks' notice in writing before your child leaves. Tell the director or send a note through the parent portal.
